1. How to cancel
An authorized Merchant user may use the cancellation control shown in TapLoyal billing settings. If the control is unavailable, send a request from an authorized account email to info@taployalapp.com and identify the Merchant account without including card details.
A request must reach TapLoyal before the next renewal is requested to prevent that renewal. A browser return page, removal of a saved card, or non-use of the service is not by itself a cancellation request.
2. Effect of cancellation
Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current paid term. The Merchant normally retains access to the paid plan until that date. Cancellation does not immediately reduce the term and does not create an automatic prorated credit or refund.
At term end, paid-plan access and entitlements may end or change to the service state then made available for the account. The Merchant remains responsible for exporting information it needs where an export function is available.
3. Plan and interval changes
A change shown as scheduled applies at the next renewal. It does not recalculate the current paid term. The billing interface should be reviewed to confirm the plan and interval selected for the next term.
4. Requesting a refund review
To request review of a completed payment, contact info@taployalapp.com from an authorized account email. Include the Merchant name, payment date, amount, non-sensitive transaction reference if available, and the reason for the request.
TapLoyal reviews eligibility based on the payment status, service activation and use, the reason and evidence provided, provider records, and applicable mandatory law. Submission of a request does not itself approve or complete a refund.
5. Duplicate, incorrect, or unauthorized charges
Report a suspected duplicate, incorrect, or unauthorized charge promptly so the transaction and account can be secured and investigated. TapLoyal may request reasonable information to verify the requester and match the provider transaction, but will never request a CVV, password, MFA code, or full card number by email.
6. Refund processing
An approved refund must also be accepted and processed through the applicable payment-provider and banking channels. TapLoyal does not promise instant self-service completion or a fixed bank posting time. The final status will depend on verified provider records.
7. Mandatory rights
Nothing in this policy removes a cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or other remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any mandatory right is assessed according to the Merchant's status, the digital service supplied, the facts of the transaction, and applicable law.
Starting a payment dispute or chargeback without first contacting TapLoyal may limit our ability to resolve an account issue quickly, but it does not remove any right to contact the card issuer or a competent authority.
