Digital Service Delivery Terms

The purchased item is time-limited access to the TapLoyal software plan identified at checkout. Plan features and limits are those shown for that plan in the pricing and checkout interfaces when the order is submitted.

Delivery is electronic to the Merchant account associated with the order. There is no physical shipment, carrier, shipping fee, or delivery address for the software service itself.

Once activation is recorded, authorized users access the plan through the TapLoyal merchant account. Availability also depends on a valid account, appropriate role permissions, and compliance with the Terms of Service.

If provider authentication, payment authorization, or callback verification remains incomplete, the paid plan may remain pending or inactive. The Merchant should not submit repeated payments solely because a browser return page is delayed. Check the billing status or contact support with a non-sensitive transaction reference.

The Merchant is responsible for providing accurate account and checkout information, maintaining access to its authorized email and authentication method, using a supported browser and network connection, and promptly reporting an activation mismatch.

Where recurring payment is separately authorized and a renewal succeeds, access continues for the new paid term after the renewal result is verified. A failed renewal may place the subscription in a past-due state; no fixed automated retry schedule is promised.
